2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use FlyMyMall. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• Maintain the security of your password and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our consent.

3. Listings and Selling

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Items must match their description in condition, authenticity, and specification. By listing an item, you confirm you have the right to sell it.

• Listings must not be misleading, counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited.
• You agree to ship sold items to our verification hub promptly after payment.
• Items that fail verification may be returned to the seller and the order cancelled.

4. Verification and Escrow

FlyMyMall holds buyer funds in escrow until an item has been received at our verification hub and confirmed to match its listing. Funds are released to the seller once verification is complete and the order is finalized.

Verification is performed in good faith by our specialists. While we take care to assess condition and authenticity, verification is not a guarantee against every possible defect.

5. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through our payment partners. Applicable fees are disclosed before you complete a transaction. You authorize us and our partners to charge your selected payment method for amounts you owe.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We coordinate delivery across the U.S. and 220+ countries through our courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that apply.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks

If an item fails verification or does not match its listing, the buyer is eligible for a refund under our buyer protection policy. Eligible transactions may include chargeback coverage. Abuse of returns or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

To keep FlyMyMall safe and trustworthy, you agree not to engage in the following:

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or restricted goods.
• Attempting to take transactions off-platform to avoid verification or escrow.
• Manipulating reviews, prices, or the verification process.
• Interfering with the security or proper functioning of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

FlyMyMall and its logos, content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it to operate the service.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

FlyMyMall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyMyMall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FlyMyMall if you violate these Terms or to protect the platform and its users. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including those on payments, liability, and disputes, survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of FlyMyMall after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
